Server logs and email storage are kept on Sybell's infrastructure located in the European Union.

What is collected

Contact form: when you write to me using the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to my mailbox so I can reply.
Server logs: the hosting server keeps short technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested, time). These help keep the site secure and stable.

Why it is collected and legal basis

To answer your messages and discuss possible engagements — legal basis: legitimate interest / your consent when you submit the form.
To protect the site from abuse and keep it running — legal basis: legitimate interest.

Third parties used by this site

Google Fonts (Google LLC) — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may see your IP address.
YouTube (Google LLC) — when a video is played, YouTube may set its own cookies. The site uses the privacy-enhanced YouTube domain (youtube-nocookie.com).

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site itself.

How long data is kept

Emails are kept for as long as they are relevant to our conversation. Server logs are rotated by the hosting provider, typically within 30 days.
